We collect only the minimum information necessary to operate the game.

Microphone access — ShoutUp uses your device microphone in real time to measure the volume of your voice. This is the core mechanic of the game. We do not record, store, transmit, or process your audio in any form. Sound input is measured locally on your device and immediately discarded.
Device information — Basic device data such as operating system version, device model, and app version to diagnose crashes and improve performance.
Usage data — Anonymous gameplay statistics such as session length and game events, collected to help us understand how the game is used and improve future updates.
Leaderboard data — If you participate in the global leaderboard, your chosen display name and high score are stored on our servers to enable the feature.

ShoutUp requires access to your device's microphone to function. This permission is used exclusively in real time — only to measure the loudness of your voice during active gameplay. We want to be completely clear:

We do not transmit audio to our servers or any third party
Audio input is processed entirely on your device and is never saved

You can revoke microphone permission at any time in your device settings, though this will prevent the game from functioning.

5. Data Sharing and Third Parties

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party. We may use the following third-party services to operate the game:

Google Play Services / Apple App Store — for app distribution and analytics
Firebase (Google) — for crash reporting and anonymous analytics

6. Children's Privacy

ShoutUp is suitable for all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through our game, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

7. Data Retention

Leaderboard entries are retained for as long as the leaderboard feature is active. You may request deletion of your leaderboard data at any time by emailing support@rozdosgames.com. Anonymous analytics data is retained for up to 24 months.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your data. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at support@rozdosgames.com. We will respond within 30 days.

9. Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect any data we collect. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we encourage you to use the app responsibly.

By accessing or using ShoutUp ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the App.

2. About the App

ShoutUp is a casual mobile game developed by RozdosGames, based in Warsaw, Poland. The App uses your device microphone to measure voice volume in real time, which is the core game mechanic — the louder you shout, the higher the cat rises.

3. Licence to Use

RozdosGames grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use ShoutUp for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

Copy, modify, or distribute the App or its content
Reverse engineer or decompile any part of the App
Use the App for any commercial purpose without our written consent
Use cheats, bots, or automation tools to manipulate scores or the leaderboard
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the App or its servers

4. User Conduct

When using ShoutUp, you agree to:

Use the App in a manner that does not disturb others or violate local noise regulations
Not submit offensive or inappropriate display names on the leaderboard
Not attempt to manipulate or cheat the leaderboard rankings
Take responsibility for any consequences arising from playing in public spaces

We reserve the right to remove leaderboard entries or ban users who violate these rules.

5. Intellectual Property

All content within ShoutUp — including graphics, sound effects, music, characters, game mechanics, and code — is the exclusive property of RozdosGames and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership rights over this content.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

ShoutUp is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. RozdosGames does not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all devices or operating systems.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RozdosGames shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of ShoutUp — including damage to your device or hearing resulting from excessive volume use. Please use the App at a responsible volume level.

8. Health Advisory

ShoutUp involves screaming and loud vocalisations. Please be mindful of the following:

Avoid shouting at extremely high volumes for extended periods, as this may cause temporary voice strain
Be considerate of people and animals nearby when playing
Do not play in environments where sudden loud noises may cause harm or distress
Individuals with voice or respiratory conditions should consult a medical professional before playing

9. Updates and Changes

We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue ShoutUp at any time without prior notice. We may also update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Termination

RozdosGames reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to ShoutUp at any time, including for violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of ShoutUp shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Warsaw, Poland.
